Achieving diversity, equity, access, and inclusion (DEAI) requires a collective effort. Embracing an equity-centered ethos is essential for universities to effectively serve all constituencies. This involves confronting systemic challenges, reshaping policies, and fostering environments where every individual feels valued and respected.
At Sources Cultural Resources Management, we facilitate difficult dialogues using respected dialogic techniques, equipping our clients to continue these conversations effectively. We are culturally aware and responsive, constantly seeking to expand our own learning as we collaborate with clients to enhance theirs. Our goal is to create lasting change by transforming both individuals and systems, dismantling entrenched sources of bias, mistreatment, and systemic inequities faced by underrepresented minorities (URM) within their communities. Together with our clients, we strive to cultivate a healthy, inclusive, and equitable environment for the entire client community.
